Child Policy:
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 5 years old can stay for free without extra bed, and with extra bed it is chargeable at INR 3,000/- per child per night.
Children from 6 years old to 11 years old can stay for INR 3,000/- per child per night.
Children from 12 years old to 17 years old can stay for INR 4,500/- per night.
Children above 17 years old are considered adults and can stay for INR 5,500/- per night with an extra bed. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years, except Peace Room. Extra beds are subject to availability.
Extra beds are not available in the Peace Room. Max. occupancy is 02 nos.
Payment Policy:
A deposit amounting to 100% of the total room charge is required to confirm the room reservation at the time of booking within 48 hours of making the reservation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date: 100% refund.

Cancellation made between 15 to 29 days before the check-in date: 50% refund.

Cancellation made within 14 days of the check-in date: No refund.

Bookings for the stay period of 1st December to 15th January are non-refundable and non-amendable under any circumstances.

A handling fee of 4% will be deducted from the refund amount for all payments made via Airpay credit card or debit card. No handling fee for UPI / Net Banking payments.

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to stay@amrapali-houseofgrace.com. The date of receipt of the email shall be considered as the date of cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Note: Days are calculated excluding the date of check-in.

We have 5 dogs in-house that promise to keep you loved and safe. If you wish to know more about their unique personalities and how best to befriend them, do not hesitate to ask! We do not tie up our dogs, however during mealtimes, they are happily removed from the dining area.

To respect the privacy our guests expect from us, outside guests are not permitted. Guests are only admitted with prior notification to management and a fee may be attached to the same.

We do not allow outside food on the property; we have our own F & B outfit in-house to service your meal requests. Please refrain from ordering outside food. Please note: as we are a luxury, heritage property, we do not allow guests to eat inside the rooms

Please note that our rooms are non-smoking, and if found smoking in the room, a fine of INR 3,000/- is applicable.

Please note that your room key is valuable, so please keep it safe! If lost or misplaced, an INR 700/- replacement fee will apply. Please handle the main gate key with care.
